Vintage oval silverplate waiter tray with handles.  Measures 23 1/2 inches long (handle to handle) and 14 !/2 inches wide (inner surface area is 16 x 11.5).  4-footed tray, stands about 1 1/4 inches tall.  Very good-excellent condition.  Backstamp: Oneida USA.
